Return Process

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid USPS return shipping label, which will be sent to your email for easy printing at home.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all hangtags attached, include your packing slip, and securely seal the box with the new shipping label.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized USPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
